I am looking for a roommate to rent a bedroom in my house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in Coralville. The house is about a 7 minute drive to the University, depending on what side of campus you are going to and just a couple minutes away from both Coralville I-80 exits so getting to Iowa City or Cedar Rapids is fairly easy. The house is fully furnished and has washer, dryer, cable, and full kitchen. The bedroom is on the 2nd level of the house and you would currently share a bathroom. Rent is $450 and that includes everything: rent, utilities, cable, and internet. I am looking for a young professional or grad student, male or female doesn't matter, who is a nice, clean, responsible roommates. No smoking and No Pets.
